My clients are often young couples seeking to improve communication skills and have a stronger bond with each other. I also often work with parents who are seeking support for their child, which can include; building routine and promoting self-regulation.

As a Registered Early Childhood Educator with over 5 years of experience and as someone who has worked as an Educational Assistant for a year, I place an emphasis on adapting therapy for Neurodivergent children under the age of 10. I teach socio-emotional learning and self-regulation skills in a way that is developmentally appropriate. I also support the parents in implementing these strategies as I believe that parents play an essential role in the child's experience in therapy.

I also have completed my level II training in the Gottman Method for couples counselling. When working with couples, I emphasize the importance of communication, increasing bids for connection and building a strong relationship foundation.
