


From the outside, you might look like you're holding it all together — but inside, you may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to break.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, low mood, and the lasting effects of difficult or painful experiences — the kind that quietly shape your relationships, your self-esteem, and your sense of safety. Many of the people I see are high-functioning on the outside but struggling underneath, and they've often spent years managing on their own before reaching out.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Together we'll explore the challenges you're facing, make sense of the patterns that may be holding you back, and build practical tools to manage your emotions, navigate relationships, and cope with stress.
We may look at how past experiences are influencing your life today, while keeping the focus on meaningful steps toward your goals. I believe you are the expert on your own life — my role is to support and guide you as you build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.
I have a particular focus on relationship issues, trauma, and women's issues, and I draw on CBT, DBT, EFT, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches depending on what you need. I offer virtual sessions across Ontario in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
