My clients are individuals often balancing multiple roles, whether it be the daily responsibilities of being a student, working professional, friend, parent or partner. They are dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or difficult life transitions. In therapy they are seeking a safe place to explore past wounds, build understanding, and pursue change and healing.

My approach is integrative and collaborative. I use multiple modalities of evidence-based therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Trauma Theory.

I have a Master of Arts in Counselling and Spirituality as well as a Master of Science in Psychology. My training and education enable me to offer clients holistic care and support that takes into consideration every aspect of who they are, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. My focus in sessions is to work collaboratively with clients so that the therapeutic care received is personalized to each person's specific needs.
