My clients range from their 20s-80s, but they tend to share a similar experience: they're thoughtful, capable people who have spent years managing on their own, and something no longer works the way it used to. My clients come with specific struggles: overthinking that keeps them up, avoidance of situations, difficulty making decisions, or habits that no longer align with how they want to live.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. My expertise lies in guiding adults and older adults through challenges such as anxiety, worry, OCD, life stressors, ADHD, sleep difficulties, grief, depression, and later life transitions using client-centered and Cognitive-Behavioural approaches. I have over three years of experience in helping people work towards their goal and improve their quality of life. I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to explore your concerns.
