Sania Naqvi is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) who works with adults who may look fine on the outside but are struggling to cope internally — people who can't switch off their minds, carry a knot of worry, and sometimes don't feel like leaving the house.
Her approach is practical and collaborative. She works with you to build a toolbox of strategies you can draw on when anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma triggers show up, drawing on approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), always grounded in culturally sensitive care.
Sania aims to create a calm, unhurried space where sensitive topics feel easier to approach at your own pace.
Building resilience comes from processing your past and implementing strategies to manage your present.
