Daron Moores

I work with individual adult clients ages 20-50. I am affirming/accepting of 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and kink-friendly. I also work with heterosexual and cisgender clients. Therapy will allow you to work through complex thoughts, emotions and personal experiences and help you make improvements to your mental health and wellbeing while in a non-judgemental, safe environment.

I use an integrative trauma-informed approach to therapy that draws on psychodynamic approaches, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, person-centered therapy, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and more. I tailor my approach to specifically meet the unique needs of my clients. I form a therapeutic relationship with my clients based on authenticity, collaboration, respect, and transparency to help them meet their goals and achieve their potential.
