My clients are culturally diverse, self-aware and fascinating. They are often young, creative professionals striving to live well in a material world like a normal human. Many are middle-aged like myself. People who seem to have everything one needs to be content and considered successful. Everyone is jaded by the world and dissatisfied with some aspect of their life that is difficult to change.

The amount I have learned through working with clients as a therapist for three years can't be measured easily by a word. Insane amount or crazy come to mind first. Crazy and cool in the greatest way. My approach is very tailored to each person's needs, in terms of preferences and treatment. I combine mindfulness-based CBT, solution-focused, and existential approaches that are humanistic. I enjoy providing insight, guidance and comprehensive treatment for complex mental health problems. Sessions are conversational and comfortable. They can be simultaneously comforting, challenging, sad, funny, enthusiastic and chill. Sometimes I may confuse your life with someone else's and I apologize in advance. We will talk about your childhood and parents.
