I work with adults aged 18–40, often first-generation or high-achieving, who feel pressure to succeed while navigating anxiety, identity, and cultural expectations. Many balance personal goals with family expectations and feel responsible for others. They're thoughtful and capable, yet feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm.
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master's in Counselling Psychology, and I support young adults and adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. We'll work together to better understand what's going on for you and build tools that actually feel helpful in your day-to-day life. I also bring in mindfulness and self-compassion, so it's not just about getting through things, but learning how to slow down, feel more grounded, and reconnect with yourself.
Helping you feel more like yourself again, where talking things through becomes part of the healing.
