In a welcoming environment we explore life areas that you identify: stress, anxiety, work/school difficulties, grief/loss, life transitions; drawing on evidence-based and whole person perspectives.
My clients range between 20 and 70 plus years old, reflecting the whole spectrum of adult life changes and challenges. Clients find that the opportunity to share, reflect and problem solve with another is meaningful at any life stage. Those in their school/working years may bring concerns related to stress, anxiety and work-life balance. Older clients often seek deepening and finding meaning.
My clinical work includes private practice; EAP; in-patient, out-patient and assessment referral for addictions; and Executive Director. My approach is client-centered. Some clients seek hypnotherapy, as part of our work together. I've also worked extensively within Public Health and CAMH, developing and implementing health promotion programming. I draw on decades of yoga and mindfulness practice and am a former, long-time volunteer (7 years) with hospice, with specialized training in grief and loss. I attended Western University, obtaining HBA, B.Ed. and MA degrees. Also certifications in: Hypnotherapy (2019); Dreamwork (Jungian 2023, 2025); CBT, Neurodiversity, Trauma, DBT (2019-2025), Palliative Care (2011, 2017).
Experiencing meaningful support deepens and changes us.
