I work with teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, or self-esteem challenges. Many present as functioning on the outside while struggling internally with overthinking, self-doubt, identity confusion, or relationship stress. They often feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward and are looking for support to better understand themselves and build confidence.
I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I have experience supporting children, teens, and young adults, navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in person-centred care, while integrating CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed practices. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build self-understanding, and develop practical tools for meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to explore their inner world and move toward greater confidence.
A space to grow, heal and thrive.
