My clients are often in their 20s–40s who feel stuck in people-pleasing, perfectionism, or unhealthy relationship patterns. They may overextend themselves at work, with family, or in relationships, leaving little space for their own needs. Many also navigate ADHD, feeling overwhelmed or scattered, and want support reconnecting with themselves and creating balance.
In our work together, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can show up as you are without having to perform or please. We'll move at your pace, gently exploring the patterns that have shaped your relationships, including people-pleasing, boundary challenges, and attachment wounds. I integrate an approach with a variety of approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
With self-compassion, we give ourselves the same kindness and care we'd give to a friend. — Kristen Neff
