Natasha Azoulay is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Registered Social Worker (RSW) who works with children, teens, and adults navigating significant life stressors. Many of the people she sees are living with chronic illness or disability, are neurodivergent (autistic and/or ADHD), identify as 2SLGBTQIA+, or are working through complex or developmental trauma, and are looking for a space where they feel genuinely seen. Her approach is affirming and practical. She holds a Master of Social Work from Carleton University and draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), person-centred and strengths-based work, play therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. She adapts the pace and style of sessions to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Natasha aims to create a space where clients feel understood rather than judged, and she communicates in plain, everyday language rather than clinical jargon.
