At Auren Wellness, our child and teen therapists build trust through play, creativity, and genuine connection. We help young people develop the emotional vocabulary and coping skills they need to thrive. We also work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure the whole family is supported.
Our child and teen therapists use play therapy and expressive arts for younger children, CBT adapted for adolescents, attachment-based approaches to strengthen the parent-child bond, social skills development for children struggling with friendships, and family sessions when the whole system needs support.
