She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

Before joining Auren Wellness, Emma worked in community mental health settings where she developed a deep commitment to accessible, client-centred care. She believes that therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and grounded in each person's unique experience.

Emma is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves during difficult chapters — whether that's navigating workplace burnout, processing grief, or finding their footing after a major life change. She brings genuine warmth, curiosity, and a non-judgmental presence to every session.Outside of the therapy room, Emma enjoys trail running along the Rideau Canal, reading fiction, and spending time with her two rescue dogs.
